'Kill or Be Killed' was inspired by Raylan Givens character from the TV show Justified. Bad ass character from a bad ass show.
But killing is never easy as pulling the trigger. As this song attempts to point out, those wanting violence the most are usually not the ones directly involved. Once you get close, most understand that violence is a slippery, seductive, treasonous mistress.
Does violence bring answers? Or cause more problems?
